Historical notes
Since the antiquity, the thermal water from Valgrande has been known for its therapeutic properties: since time immemorial, the locals went to the springs for drinking or apply it on the skin as a remedy for aches and diseases. But it was only in the beginning of the 1800's, after scientific proof of the curing ability of the water, that plans were made to build a SPA in the beautiful scenic area. A dream that became reality after one and a half centuries. It's a jewellery -box worthy of guarding a precious and unique treasure.
